Our salon policies reflect our commitment to providing a high-quality experience for everyone who walks through our doors. From arriving on time to respecting the needs of others, our policies are in place to ensure that we can serve all of our clients to the best of our ability. First Time Clients

Welcome to Curls by Dezi, the salon that caters exclusively to naturally curly hair. As a curly hair specialist, I believe in providing personalized attention to each client to help them embrace their curls and feel confident about their hair. For first time clients please book a curly cut with me first. When you book a curly cut with me, I will work with you to understand your specific curl type and provide a customized approach to styling and product recommendations that work best for you. Please come to your appointment with your curls worn down and natural. Light products in the hair is fine. If your curls are extremely knotted, there may be an additional detangling fee added to your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

To uphold our cancelation policy all clients are required to provide a credit card at the time of booking to secure their requested appointment time. The credit card is not charged ahead of the appointment. To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum of 36-hour notice via telephone or email to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 36-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. If you do not cancel your appointment with adequate notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment. You may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. Return's, Exchange's and Refunds.

Curls by Dezi is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. Our team of stylists are passionate about natural hair care and are always eager to share their knowledge with you. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer an exchange for an item that better suits your needs. Exchanges for hair products must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. Half empty bottles cannot be exchanged. Due to the nature of hair services, we are unable to provide refunds. However, we stand behind our work and will gladly make adjustments to a service if necessary, within 7 days of the original appointment.

Detangling curly hair is an art form, and we take it seriously at Curls by Dezi. We know that every curly head is unique, which is why we take the time to understand your individual hair needs and work with you to achieve the look you want. Please note that additional time spent detangling hair will incur an extra fee. However, we guarantee that the end result will be worth it, leaving you with soft, manageable, and beautiful curls.
